Are commissions recurring or one-time? +
Transaction-based. Every time a client you referred makes a payment — whether renewing their annual plan or paying for a premium service (or renewing it) — you earn 30% of that amount.
Do I earn on premium services too? +
Yes. If your referral purchases Social Media Management, Article Writing, SEO, a Google Maps Listing, a Personal Business Email, or any other premium service we offer — you earn 30% of that charge. If they renew a monthly/yearly premium service, you earn again on the renewal too.
When and how do I get paid? +
Commissions accumulate in your dashboard and are paid out once your balance reaches $100. We pay via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
How long does my referral link stay active after someone clicks it? +
365 days — a full year. If someone clicks your link today and decides to upgrade 10 months from now, you still earn the commission (assuming they did not click on any other affiliate link after yours, and that they did not clear or blocked cookies - read the affiliate terms of use to understand more).

Once they're your referral - meaning, they created a website with us - any future purchases they make also earn you commission, with no expiry.
Can I promote TrulyFree on multiple platforms? +

What if someone I refer cancels or asks for a refund? +
Commissions are only paid on confirmed, non-refunded transactions. If a referral cancels within our 30-day refund window, that commission is reversed. Past commissions on prior transactions are kept.
